We ensure that all our Exterior HPL Sheets, WPC Louvers, Cubicle Partitions, and Soffit Panels go through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a replacement policy under specific conditions.
1. Eligibility for Replacement
A product is eligible for replacement if:
✔️ It arrives in a damaged or defective condition.
✔️ You receive the wrong product that does not match your order.
✔️ There are visible manufacturing defects in the material or finish.
💡 Note: Products damaged due to improper handling, installation errors, or external factors (e.g., water damage, extreme weather conditions) are not eligible for replacement.
2. Replacement Request Process
To request a replacement, follow these steps:
Step 1: 📸 Capture Proof
- Take clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product, including the packaging.
Step 2: 📩 Contact Us
- Email us at revierrexteriorhplsheet@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide your Purchase bill, Order ID, Name, Contact Details, and a brief description of the issue.
Step 3: 🔍 Review & Approval
- Our team will review your request and verify the issue within 2-3 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup and replacement at no extra cost.
3. Replacement Timeline
- Once the replacement is approved, the new product will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
- If the replacement product is out of stock, you will receive a store credit or refund (subject to approval).
4. Conditions Where Replacement is Not Applicable
❌ If the issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery.
❌ If the product has been used, installed, or altered in any way.
❌ Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings.
❌ Damages caused by external factors, improper installation, or misuse.
